2 bananas (frozen)
2 cups coconut water (fresh if possible)
1 bunch raw spinach

FRANK’S MORNING ZINGER

5 celery stalks
1 cucumber
1 bunch parsley and/or cilantro
1 inch ginger and turmeric roots
2 apples
1 lemon (peeled if not organic)
1 raw habanero pepper (adjust for tolerance)
